To book a home visit, please send a request to giancarlo.cacioppo@santagostino.it or use the form below:
In your email, please indicate the reason for the visit, a contact phone number, and the postal code of the address where the visit is requested. You will be contacted by phone as soon as possible to schedule the appointment.*
*The phone call does not constitute a telemedicine consultation and should not be considered as such.
IMPORTANT!
Some symptoms may require an in-clinic consultation or, in certain cases, an urgent evaluation at the emergency department. In such situations, a home visit is not recommended.
Please note that hospital duties or personal commitments may not always allow the visit to be carried out within the timeframe desired by the patient.
